"When Julia has no time to relieve herself." On May 12, 2018, the insurance company sent me to this pharmacy. Pharmacist Bila Yuliya was warned that a client would come now, but hung up a sign “Technological break”. After my expectation and the subsequent call from the insurance company, Yulia opened the door, however, she began to be indignant that they had already taken her out - they did not even give [quote !!!] "PISS", and then continued to be rude. I made a remark to Julia that she works with clients and that such behavior is not permissible, but this only increased the flow of abuse and aggression. I asked for the Book of Complaints, and as a result, I was denied both the Book of Complaints (allegedly it was taken to a certain “office” for the weekend) and the service. Julia also told me [quote] to “get out” of the pharmacy and scared me with the security, which should [quote] “take me out of the pharmacy”, since she has a break :) On May 14, 2018, I nevertheless made an entry in the Book of Complaints - it turns out that it is always in the pharmacy. I also talked with the manager Alina, who has already managed to feel "Julia's version of what happened." So if you still come to the Konstraktor pharmacy, and you are unexpectedly rude, the manager will explain it simply: “human factor” :) P.S. The pharmacy must ensure that the Complaints Book is easily accessible to the consumer. At the moment, giving it to you or lying - depends on the pharmacist's desire.
