There was horror in the store. Poor management, staff are lacking. On weekends and in the evenings queues, 1_ 2 ticket offices are open. No choice, everything is expensive. More expensive than in the nearest stores. Many stopped walking.

They cheat buyers. They sell a cheese product under the guise of cheeses. Delays are not tracked.

A constant game with price tags. Last time I bought washing powder. At the checkout it turned out that it was more expensive: "The girls did not change the price tag." There was a reaction from the cashier. No apologies, nothing. Today, there are yellow (promotional) price tags on jars with mussels in oil. Only from other goods. I told the seller about this, who was putting things in order on the shelf nearby. Her reaction: "It's not mine, I don't know what's going on there." The cashier simply answered the question whether the customer is being deliberately deceived: "Hai read. I work for this uncle as a cashier and I do not care!" Spoiled the shop!

The only negative, drunks near the entrance. And also, they didn’t let me in with a Yorkie in my arms, and there were no lockers for small dogs (and we all know how they steal on Poskot). Otherwise, this shop suits me.
