Veterinary clinic "Dr. HvistVus"

I went to the clinic a year ago for a vaccination for a dog. The vaccination was done, the impression was good, an attentive young veterinarian. Satisfied, I decided to go to the clinic again this year. I made a preliminary call to the clinic to clarify the work schedule to be sure that the clinic was open 24 hours a day, since I could only get there late at night. Arriving at the clinic, I learned from the employee that from 23:00 to 07:00 80% is added to the cost of the services provided. There is a corresponding board in the hall, on which this was also indicated. It is embarrassing that during my call to the clinic I was not warned about the additional payment for services rendered at night. Seeing my confusion already at the clinic, they didn’t offer me to come the next day, they didn’t apologize that they didn’t inform about the allowance at night during my phone call. I was simply told: "Why are we sitting here?" I have done a long way on foot in bad weather and wasted time. The formation of prices for goods and services is the full right of the clinic's management, but the surcharge of 80% to the cost of services provided, or rather not so much the services themselves in my case, but to the cost of the vaccine, in my opinion, is extortionate and is not client-oriented. Alas, the positive impressions left from visiting the clinic last year were erased.

I want to express my deepest gratitude and deep bow to all the staff. My cat Tigger was shot from the air, I found her three days later, she was nothing, they saved her, they called her Pulka🙃 Thank you very much !!! I recommend this clinic. We are already running, but we are limping a little! She walks now only under supervision, otherwise the sniper is somewhere nearby.

I want to share my opinion about this clinic. I never had to deal with a veterinarian doctor, since there were no household members, but a baby pug named Pharaoh appeared in our family, it so happened that our Farik fell ill, we turned to the Belyaevka clinic where we did not have any tests just after the examination, they prescribed injections, following the doctor's prescriptions, after two days of injections, we saw that our baby was dying, having shoveled the Internet, I got to the clinic Dr. KhvostUs, I can definitely say that Farik was practically a vegetable. Doctor-Zhekov Viktor Viktorovich diagnosed parvovirus enteritis, put a catheter and began treatment, the first two days I understood that Farik would not survive the fastest, but today is the fifth day of treatment, my baby has already begun to eat, stool without blood clots, and in general I can safely to say that we are recovering. Victor Viktorovich thank you very much for your professionalism, attentiveness, responsiveness !!!

I liked the clinic very much. Lots of space. Nice polite staff. Works 24/7. Nice prices. There is a hospital and overexposure. Clean, fast and neat everything)
