The best place for dinner, which will be the last. "Freedom" is not about good service, you can take the menu at the bar, ashtray there. Wait for the food, you're in no hurry, and when you wait - do not be surprised what it looks like or what the taste is (it was not tasty).

Long wait for an order when the hall is empty, the food is just awful, they do not know how to cook here, half of the dishes on the menu are missing. From all order only circles are normal, circles can be taken)

The waiter has no idea how to serve guests. The feed is very long even though the hall is empty. No food to taste. I do not advise.

We waited for mineral water for 27 minutes. Order 40 minutes with a half-empty hall. I do not advise

The service was very decent, I was there twice (if you look through the prism of Koblevo), the institution is unremarkable (like any other institution in Koblevo, there are a couple of good restaurants here (throughout the territory). I'll put 5, because the previous reviews are not objective
