At this service station, they incorrectly put the axle shaft seal on the track, which is why it soon cracked on the track and all the oil leaked out at high speeds, as a result of which the gearbox was completely damaged. It happened 400 km from Kiev. Due to a careless installation, I ended up with a tidy sum of money (new gearbox + clutch + work) and a month in another city. Arriving at the service station to ask how it happened and why, the employee, introduced by the head or one of the leaders, behaved as expected and rude (they say we had nothing to do with it, there could be a blow, etc.). But all adequate people understand that the oil seal can be damaged this way if it is made from some unknown material (again, they ordered it for me themselves) or when installed using excessive force (photo of this oil seal in the attachments). Therefore, I categorically do not recommend coming and repairing the car at this service station. P.S Regarding your answer, I hope you understand how strong the blow must be for this to happen. If the impact really happened at speed, I would not be able to get anywhere. Secondly, I drove a little less than a month, and not 2, as you wrote (the car was under repair for more than a month). Third, Notice a leak in the fall on the track in the rain (funny) ... Fourthly, if you react this way now, then what would change if I called you in case of a breakdown. I am sure that you would still deny it. I understand that you will never officially take the blame on yourself, but I am sure that people will read this review and think well before using your services. The format and tone of the conversation of the employee with whom I spoke on the spot. 2. Accusations that I went to another service station. Think about the point for me to change your oil in the box and change the oil seals, and then go and do some work on the box again in another service station. I also ask you to note that I did not say a word or write about compensation, and I do not demand it from you. I just wanted to understand the situation and get a verbal apology for the damage caused. With regard to blow, I wrote my argument above. That is, there are 2 reasons left: an error during installation or the poor quality of the oil seal itself, or 2in1.

The craftsmen and the attitude towards the client leaves much to be desired. Changed the passenger door lock. Looked like everything works. Drove to a gas station, looked closely, there are dents and also cracks in the painting. I decided to come back to discuss the problem. To which I heard that these were my problems and I did it on purpose, they were also rude to catch up. In general, if you want a boorish and non-professional service, come here. Found the same poor fellow in the comments, so this is not the first one for them)
