Popped into this pharmacy today with a child who was rapidly spreading urticaria. The child is allergic. She explained the situation and asked to give an allergy pill out of turn, and to calculate and give change as it fits. Both pharmacists aged women, seeing the state of the child and me, mothers, rudely explained that they could not leave current customers and had to wait for their turn. It turned out to be faster to reach the social pharmacy a block from this one. We got care, help and advice there.
