UkrInSofT is an owner-managed software development company I've worked with for more than 10 years. For large projects, we had basically dedicated software developers over a long period of sometimes several years, for smaller projects, we again had no direct contact with the developers, but have the goals agreed with managers depending on the project. As usual with outsourcing, there were some problems with understanding or miscommunication here and there, but we always found a good solution.
