Really pretty store but a bit expensive

Yesterday I bought flowers at 13:00 in the store st. Vasylkivska, 31 - THE CONSULTANT TOLD THE FLOWERS ARRIVED ON FRIDAY !!!! 19.02 !!!! FRESH AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD! I bought a big bouquet for my mom's birthday! So what ? he's curled! curled in 7 hours! just 7 hours! money down the drain! how to understand this? that you sell flowers that can't even stand for a day anymore? when the consultant bought me, he said that we would make a -15% discount because such flowers are rarely bought, and if you take a pack, I bought all the flowers! but it turns out they are just dead !!! In 7 hours! ! ! ! just ruined the holiday! I do not recommend camellia to anyone!

The set of colors is great)! The prices are reasonable, but the seller ignores everything you ask to save on)) I asked the roses not to be cleaned or wrapped, cleaned and wrapped in = took money for the service. 50 UAH out of the blue😂

Having visited the Camellia store today, I had to buy roses, there are no fresh flowers available, it would be okay at all on the counter, if everything was taken apart - it happens, but there are wilted flowers at regular prices, bouquets at a price of 800 + UAH are far from the first freshness, for the question is what is only fresh roses for 20 UAH .. Previously visited the stores of this network on Goloseevka, there is always a large assortment and all the flowers are fresh, but so, for the first time, a big question to employees and management, why not remove the spoiled goods? Well, or not to make a discount, you never know who is willing, is it really normal to offer a client fading bouquets and flowers at normal prices?

A small selection of colors. Employees serve in Russian and do so without wanting to give advice, as if saleswomen from a Soviet deli were recruited. Very disappointed. I bought flowers from you several times, but each time it got worse.
