Friendly staff. The girl at the reception told me what was the best subscription to visit the spa. On the day of the visit, 07.01, the Russian bath did not work, the rest (Hamam, Roman, Finnish) "stoked" perfectly. The pool is small, if there are a lot of children and they are jumping with a "bomb" you will be 100% doused. In general, everything is good

Rested in January 2021. Lovers relax in the spa, so there is something to compare. Expected more, it is clear that no one is engaged in the hotel, most likely the owner outside of Ukraine. + this is a well-heated sauna, for children by the pool is comfortable because the room temperature is high - rooms are not very warm, you need to turn on the ventilation system (no batteries), and it makes noise. - FOOD, lunch, dinner, breakfast, high prices, the food is not tasty, the service also wants the best. -wanted to visit massages, etc., no one held a consultation, although we tried to ask something, we were just given a sheet with a list of procedures, everyone says through their teeth, did not sign up for procedures in advance. The price does not correspond to the quality, if the price was 1500, not 2500, we would not even stutter, but for that price we rested in Fomich, where it was ten times better.

Did not like! The food is more than tasteless. Obviously you need to change the chef. In the room that would be warm you need to turn on the ventilation system which is noisy. The room has cheap furniture. When you go to the medical center, no one recommends anything to anyone, they give a price list, all through the teeth. I do not like when the baths in the spa are poorly heated. It's very decent here, I think Turkish is very strong. + Beautiful gym with panoramic windows.
