Nice hotel in the mountains rural zone. Ukrainian Karpaty is wild Montana of Ukraine:)

Checkout from 5 star hotel should not take 10 minutes and guests should not go through shame procedure of checking if everything is Ok with room after we left it. I travel 60+ hotels a year and it is the only place on Earth they do it. Take my credit card details and charge any money if anything is wrong with the room, but don’t make guests to wait until you check if guests didn’t steal a towel in a $150+ per night room.

Everything was fine. Modern clean numbers. Superb SPA and tasty dishes in restaurant. I only could advice owners of this hotel, to study staff become more client oriented.

Very disappointed with service. First time here. For 5star hotel with European prices, you should be able to offer European 5star service.
