I will list the points. 1. The owner allows himself to insult and wash the bones of the guests in the presence of other clients. 2. Twice for three days for 3 weeks of rest I went into a binge. I went out to clients in a drunken state. He could have forgotten about the arrival of the tenants and did not go down to settle. People waited in the file for about 20 minutes. He could afford to call the guests and ask them to buy him alcohol. 3. Bed linen was not changed once every 5 days, cleaning was done more than once every 3 days as stated, a roll of toilet paper is a whole problem. Turning to the owner for the roll, I listened to his indignation that this rudeness should be used so quickly. When staying 3 weeks it took 2.5 rolls of the cheapest gray paper. 4. The owner allows himself to make hints of additional attention from his side. Tells stories about his hormone surges, how he misses a woman, etc. Why should I know? 5. Issues with drainage and sewerage. Constantly clogged. 6. In the kitchen, you cannot properly wash the dishes. Constantly reminds about saving water. 7. The teapot is so rusty inside that it's scary to drink tea. 8. The dishes are not well enough, the plates are sticky on the back. 9. Tiles in the kitchen and bathroom with cracks. 10. A hand towel (green with flowers) in such a terrible state that it was used as a foot mat near the toilet. 11. When Yuri asked to throw the garbage out of the kitchen, he pointed out to me where the garbage can was and that we could do it ourselves. 12. The overlap between floors is not good enough. She lived on the 2nd floor, when they walked on the 3rd floor, it was unpleasant to hear steps and the creak of the floor. 13. On arrival, more than a week t was about 9 degrees, fresh enough. In the room, the heated towel rail was turned on only 2 times, there was no hot water, and it was not possible to take a shower in the evening. The owner turned on the boilers in the morning. 14. And remember, if you intend to come to drink water and stay in the room, then you automatically become not a client of Verbena. The owner explained that clients who leave in the morning and come in the evening are suitable for him. When asked if he doesn’t care how much time the guests spend at the hotel, because they pay for a round-the-clock stay, he replied that there is nothing to write and poop in the hotel, less water and electricity will be consumed 😁 15. Mixers are cheap and can already look dull. In general, the picture is clear. If you want to have a pleasant rest, you are not here. And yes, if you are with children, then you are not a Verbena client again 😉

We were here for 2 weeks, before our parents had a rest here for a week. Value for money for 5 stars, there are flaws in the water and thin walls in some rooms, but very nice hosts, great views with the room, cleaning the room every three days and replacing towels, the kitchen is small but we cook once for the whole day - so we ok. The hotel is on a steep slope - for us it is only a plus since we love to walk the more the better - active recreation near the forest is what you need, you can feed squirrels, titmouse and other animals near it - almost manual. Internet for watching movies will do, for working in large amounts of data it’s better to distribute 4g from your phone. Thanks to Oleg and Lyudmila

Rested in November. I don’t know where all these positive reviews and the excitement of the hotel are from ..... The hotel is located on a very steep climb, very thin walls and therefore everything is heard in the area, a very small kitchen with an electric stove for 2 rooms for 4 rooms, the kitchen has a very weak hood and the smell of food is at the whole hotel when cooking, the power of light is not designed for the operation of tiles and a kettle. One water-rusted kettle in the kitchen at all, the rooms do not have kettles and refrigerators. One refrigerator in the kitchen. The neighbors stole food from the refrigerator from me. Some rooms are very cold. The most negative mark in my 24 day stay at this hotel was water !!!! Water is not suitable even for technical use. Water has a very unpleasant odor and a rusty tint. From water, dishes become black and blue, white things after washing are no longer white, but yellow and dirty, cuticle on fingers black and palms too. I arrived with a platinum blonde, and left with the “red Fox”, it is very difficult to do something with hair now, so that they take the previous look. Water must be bought for yourself constantly. It is impossible to cook food, tea and coffee on this water, when heated, the water instantly acquires a rusty color, although the owner claims that the water is suitable for ingestion and that there is such water in Skhidnytsya. People who came to Skhidnytsya for the first time believe him, but this is not true, this is by no means the first time in Skhidnytsia and I have never seen such water anywhere and I hope I will not encounter this trouble again. This is terrible for me, because on vacation I looked strange with rusty hair color (after returning home and visiting the salon, my hair continues to look rusty, because metal is not so easy to remove), darkened manicure and skin on the palms of my hands. This hotel should not accept guests for long periods, a maximum of 3-4 days is possible, and if you have fair hair, you should not rest in Verbena, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Of the people who were relaxing in this hotel with me, there were no people who would like to come here again and I don’t understand where so many positive reviews from Verbena are, it’s not so good there as it is written. The owners are simply obliged to inform their guests about rusty water not upon arrival at the hotel, but by telephone about the reservation. The advantage of the hotel is that the forest is very close and the squirrels are no more.
