I was here late December 17 with a kid. First impression was great. Stuff are great, room is big tidy and clean, wifi is great all over the territory, there are two indoor areas for kids and the territory is a lot of fun in winter. Not mentioning treatment facilities which are available and are great fun and low price. However, the is no a single shop in the are. The only Bar was closed, so to get a bottle of coke or water or fruits we gad to go to the city 5km away and 100 UAH one way. Food was boring. No sweets. Instant coffee. Daily cleanups in the room did not refill tea and coffee. Mattress in the room and the pillows were cheap and terrible. So, overall the place is good for treatment, but boring if u want some family rest.

At the end of the day it's a special and great place with friendly staff, healthy food and physically challenged people friendly

Nice place 👍 Room very cold. First night outside - 16 C, inside + 12 C. + 12 C is okay in summer. Not in the winter. Only warm water in the shower. No hot water. Restaurant catastrophe 👎 and to expensive for this service and food Spa good 👍 Swimmingpool okay, Massage very good. Rezeption friendly

Rehabilitation at the highest level. Nutrition wants to be better. They are not allowed to enter the territory, if you need something, be ready. It is expensive on the territory. Dissatisfied with the attitude of staff
