It looks very beautiful. Friends recommended. But we do not choose it for relaxation, because for two it is expensive, and for four there is no separate bedroom. Of course, no one from the company wants to go to rest and sleep on a folding sofa. Unfortunately, all the houses have only this option.

4 houses on the territory of a merino sheep farm. Staff can take a very short tour. The house has large panoramic windows through which you can watch the sunset and how the sheep graze. Large and comfortable beds. The most stupid stairs to the second floor, through which you can fall and fight well. There is a restaurant on site, but meals must be booked in advance. There are all the necessary amenities (kettle, towels, bathrobes). Keep in mind that there is no Wi-Fi in the house, so count on mobile internet (lifecell and Kyivstar pulled more or less). Breakfast is included in the price. There is no terminal for card payment. You can buy blankets of your own production.

We would like to share our impressions of the trip to the eco-residence "Zaluzhany" We have noticed this place for a long time: beautiful photos, original interior, farm, fields ... in general, we have planned a romantic trip, just in time for Valentine's Day. Considering that this year is real winter, we booked a house in advance, thought about how we would get there (we found out about the condition of the road) and also learned about the temperature in the houses in advance (-12 on the thermometer, snow and blizzard) The administrator assured us that the entrance to the farm has been cleared, the temperature in the house is optimal - in general, everything has a good rest. In anticipation of a romantic weekend, we left Kiev and headed to Zaluzhany. By the way, we drove for about 11 hours ... after such a journey, we expected to plunge into a fabulous atmosphere, but apparently not destiny 😅 On the way to the farm, we wrote to the administrator in advance that we would be soon, we were asked to wait since the road had not yet been cleared, good , we all understand, the weather is unpredictable, we stopped for lunch in Drohobych. After a couple of hours we continued our journey. At the entrance to the farm, they left the car, since it is impossible to drive up the hill in the snow, thanks to the administrator for helping with things and meeting me. The way up the hill, in frost and wind, is such a pleasure, but these are trifles, after all, we were waiting for the atmosphere of a fairy tale and romance, so we can be patient. We got to the farm, the administrator showed everything, to my question why such a temperature in the house, they answered "everything is fine, it will soon warm up, it will be 19 degrees" (although it was possible to take care of this earlier, since the administration was aware that we would arrive, but okay ... okay ... we'll wait) After a long journey, there was a strong desire to go to the shower and go to bed. But we could not afford this either, since the boiler was also not turned on earlier before our arrival. The temperature in the house is 13 degrees. We decided that we would postpone the shower until better times "as it warms up", went to bed. Imagine my surprise when, after 2 hours of our sleep, I went down to the first floor and saw ... snow. The snow that we brought into the house on our shoes two hours ago, it lies absolutely not melted in the house for two hours, the thermometer is already 11 degrees (because we opened the door to the bathroom, where the floor is heated, for a minute), that is, it turned out to be it will actually "cool down" But we were on a romantic trip, and not to the castle of the snow queen, the prospect of living for almost three days in the cold is unattractive. While the issue of further actions was being decided, I decided to go to the shower. Since the boiler (which is designed for 30 liters of water, which is already unpleasant) no one turned on in advance, it warmed up by 30% in a couple of hours, which was actually enough only to lather my head, I washed my head with a cold (ice / arctic / frosty / hellish - underline the necessary) with water. But there is no way out, you need to dry your head, since you've already washed it. While I was drying my head in ours, as in all houses on the territory, the light was knocked out three times. That is, I turn on the hairdryer and the whole farm falls into oblivion ... It was decided to pack up our suitcases (and we didn’t take them apart) and move in search of a warm place (as it turned out later, it was not in vain, the temperature dropped at night and the snowstorm intensified, as well as the next day) Whatever the reader thinks that the opinion is too subjective, we found out from the neighbors what temperature they have in their house. The 9 degree answer speaks for itself. Every house has a thermometer, so the data is not taken from the ceiling. For clarity, photographs are attached. We warned the administrator, they say, "excuse me," but we are not ready to live in a temperature of 11 degrees and are leaving.
