The house we have been was very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, in restaurant, reception , spa etc. Especially Slavik - shooting instructor, Vasily - “saunameister” and Igor - men from reception services. SPA provides very good services. All spaces were clean, well kept and welcoming. A lot of services for kids. Restaurant was good, but some of dishes were average. Breakfast (include in the price) was moderated, I expect something better for price of 200€ per night. They have steps in all areas, so it’s make difficulties with stroller.

They have a lot to do to improve their customer service but overall it is above my expectation! I will definitely be back! Nice place to be with kids! Restaurant is perfect in terms of food quality!

The place to rest. Amazing services, a place with a beautiful and quiet view. I was there for 5 days and during that time I forgot about all the problems I had and just rested. It is recommended to come to their spa and take the treatment "sleeping in a beehive" (sleeping in a special house behind which there is a hive and hear bees. The bees themselves do not touch you) and other treatments offered at the spa (the spa involves an additional fee). In addition, highly recommend the local products they sell. The hotel also has extreme activities and activities for children. And if all that is not enough there are also restaurants that are well worth a visit, the food is excellent.

Everything for full relaxation. Good nature, delicious food, interesting local aloe drinks. There is something to do with children and adults. I recommend.

Cozy, beautiful views, great breathing, polite staff, responds instantly, it seems that you are really happy here. Kitchen quality restaurant, large portions. Mineral water, SPA treatments for your favorite taste. A wonderful vacation
