Everything that was said was done, no cheating or pitfalls. The funeral took place without incident, everyone noted the organization at the highest level. At the last moment, they asked to add a person who would give a speech and a priest, and this was done flawlessly. Not in word, but in deed, it's about Veles. The queue at the crematorium that I saw, I was very alarmed, but everything was fast and high quality, I didn't have to wait, freeze and look at the crowd waiting for their turn for a long time ... at a price, at my lowest price of all bureaus, which I called. We quickly answered all the questions, without further ado, special thanks to the guys who transported the body, as quickly and cleanly as possible! Feedback on the cremation of an animal PART 2 (one did not fit). Also on the phone, before handing over the body, we asked how to make sure that it was our cat that was donated. It was announced to us that after cremation, we are issued a confirmation document from the crematorium. It turned out that there will be no confirmation that our cat was cremated in Veles. When we wanted to clarify this point on the phone later, we got nasty again, then put on hold and hung up. Instead of a document, they sent us to Viber a photo of some printout without visible seals, etc., where 1 column is filled in - "Surname - Cat". The disappointments don't end there. After all this, we just wanted to calmly take the ashes and never mess with them again. On the website and on Google maps it is indicated that the bureau works around the clock (the same was said by phone on the first call), but even collecting the ashes is possible only when it is convenient for them! As a result, we stood under the gate of this terrible bureau in the rain, waiting for the guard, because Tatiana or other employees could not be present at the workplace at a convenient time for us. Why then write that you work around the clock, if even warning you in advance of your arrival, you are not at your workplace ?! And yes, later we found out that all funeral homes cremate bodies in the Kiev crematorium, where you can cremate the body yourself, paying almost 3 times cheaper. As a result, for our own money, they got nasty at us, did not show any respect and sympathy and just ruined such an important and difficult event for us - farewell to our beloved animal! I am confident to ANYONE AND NEVER recommend contacting this bureau if you want to get support and help in a difficult time for you. They do not value customers here and do nothing for their comfort! I am very sorry that at the first meeting we did not turn around and go to another office. We will not make such a mistake again.
