The worst mail! They steal parcels from China! Few people work, queues!

I put one star because zero can not be set. There are at least 6 people at the ward, but there is only one window where utilities are paid, letters and parcels are issued, parcels are accepted and so on. Workers are wandering one by one, customers sneaking at them ... The terminal does not work, there is no delivery. It's terrible!!!!

Parcels are disappearing all the time, they took my parcel to a completely different area! No parcel reception worked. Some workers are rude! Especially Mrs. Oksana!
