Also a good location for him - close to the center and among the small number of restaurants in Truskavets, Khinkalnya has a winning location. But there are some negative moments that took away 2 stars. The first - on the morning of February 14, I booked a table near the window for two and the waiter wrote down our number, saying that everything is ok. When we arrived in the evening, it turned out that there was no booking that day at all, but we were not warned about it and instead of the promised table, we sat somewhere in the middle of the hall (not very nice for a romantic Georgian evening). Why didn't the waiters call us back and tell us about it when they had our number? When we saw that the table by the window was being vacated, the waitress pathetically declared that she would not serve us, because "this is Misha's table ... maybe Misha will come to you!". What does "possible" mean? Is it a factory canteen or a Georgian restaurant? As a result, we waited for another 6-7 minutes for Mikhail to come to us, because he was full of other tables, and the other waiters, who were free, did not want to come to us and get an order. I understand that you have divided tables, but the guest does not care whose table it is and my recommendation - do not pretend that this is not your problem, but on the contrary - if it is not even your table - accept the order. This way, you do not spoil the look of the restaurant in front of the guest. If not for the same Misha, our evening and our second anniversary would have been ruined, because I have never seen such indifferent and pathetic waiters. Thank you Mikhail for lifting our spirits with his unobtrusive humor and paying attention to our needs! The kitchen also tried and very quickly prepared delicious meals. Thank you! As an HR, I recommend that you train employees, because you can immediately see the unprofessionalism of the waiters and their inability to work with guests.

And now about the experience specifically with Truskavets: They ordered a table from the guy's administrator in advance - they came and forgot about us. A lot of wire was found in Lulya. For plain water for a child, they said outright - you have to pay, buy Morshyn, we don't have Alaska. I remember the last visit for a long time. I had breakfast with the child in an almost empty hall. A few tables away from us sat local "celebrities", the gentleman was so juicy that I blushed, and the administrator of the institution obviously did not! Sadly, as it turned out, the favorite chic restaurant turned into a mess.

What you order, in addition to the usny order, must also check the entry in the notebook (and it is better to take a picture), since there is a high probability that the wrong dish will be brought to you and they will prove that you were mistaken, in this case pork kebab was mistakenly brought 2. You still manage to prove that you wanted (and ordered, actually) and you will be brought your cherished order - chicken kebab. But one could have already forgotten all the troubles, if not for the RAW chicken kebab, the readiness of which was 50 percent. There are expectations that they can miscalculate with different types of meat, but alas ... not chicken 3. And if you think that nothing could be worse, then it wasn’t there, the invoice will tell you to pay for the not ordered dish - pork shashlik, the administrator will still return the money, albeit with a delay 4. And a small bonus, if you specify ordinary water in the order, then be sure that this item will be successfully forgotten ... It is a shame that a newly opened establishment with a good design will have poor food and service.
