I visited the Vernadsky open-air restaurant, as I was sincerely convinced that it was the same, well-known Salt restaurant. Therefore, I will compare what was and what this institution is now. Ordered a seafood salad: the sauce is quite tasty, but those semi-finished products that were under the guise of seafood ... it's hard to call them that, but a lot of black conjugate. Red fish fillet with risotto, presentable, but the fish tastes awful because it was cooked still frozen and as a result the middle was raw. It is a pity that "Salt" was closed.

The atmosphere is great, but the current staff to anything, the waiters are welcome, but the menu does not know it is not correct Administrator in general, a separate topic, the impression that he was brought from the wild, does not know how to communicate with people and is incorrectly expressed by outsiders. Changes to the menu do not particularly affect Caesar (this is a lot of leaves three slices of fillets and four halves of Cherry, no sauce), I always only took it. The companies came and left not more than one thousand UAH, now they are reluctant to go there anymore, they simply took and sported the face of the restaurant.
