There is a swimming pool with ice water. At the reception issue a sheet and hats for the sauna. Fast wifi internet. What upset, so that you can pay in cash and there was no change, i.e. there is simply no change money.

A review on the water park. For some reason, the point on the map was not understood (SPA writes). Cons 1. One time entry (you can only exit for 15 minutes) 2. Restaurant. The order is paid at 15.05. Beautiful building, rooms, grounds, water slides, a variety of buffets, a magnificent children's room, a large selection of saunas, a large swimming pool, super-duper Wi-fi coverage with high-quality internet, the rooms are clean. Now cons: I must say - there are no five stars! When you paid 100% of the amount of accommodation (48 units per week), you will still be cut down 2,000 hryvnia in cash. Pool: the smell of chlorine is terrible, the safe now rarely watches the territory, because the safety of children on parents, cash must be carried into the pool, probably in shorts, if you are interested in buying drinks and other things at the bar, showers are only on the second floor next to the saunas. Hotel decoration: in some places weird "designer" solutions, be it plastic wall decoration at the restaurant, or flowers in a tacky flowerpot at the entrance, frivolous sloppy fixtures "under the crystal", strange solutions to decorate the walls of the hotel corridors with gloomy, but glossy furniture plates ... By the way the revolving door of the main entrance is blocked and in order to enter / exit, it is necessary to overcome the considerable resistance of the side door spring. Bowling is paid, but it doesn’t matter, it looks like pretty good, expensive equipment, give clean shoes, new socks, but the very plane of the tracks, like all Ukrainian roads, curves, slanting, with holes and slopes. And now, 10 minutes before the session, you come to pay and you are told: "Oh, the terminal has broken, carry cash." I emphasize that the hotel is positioning itself as 5 stars !!! Lifts is a separate song. Whether something is not calculated during construction, or they are poorly programmed, but they have to wait a long time, and when you sit down in them, they perform incomprehensible movements opposite to your goal, which in fact explains their long skating, waiting. The bar in the hotel at prices at the level of the Kiev Premier Palace, but the service ... Ice cream just packaged in a regular floor freezer like a village shop for 65 UAH, Proseko - 1200 UAH a bottle. Incomprehensible shop in the main foyer for the sale of jackets. Prices are in euros, with the addition that payment at the rate of NBU. The price of jackets, as an example: 600-1800 euros for a demi-season jacket, 150 euros a baseball cap. I don’t know, maybe these things cost so much, but I wouldn’t buy it in such a shop.
