Nice, clean, nice people, no english spoken but we could nicely manage

Got a luxury room (apartment), cost like a castle but somewhat flimsy, jacuzzi broken, shower is horrible, plates and coffee cups missing, no personal entrance, room was not cleaned up, mess under the bed, also have to walk 200 meter across entire hotel to get to the main entrance (the only entrance) like go 2 floors up, pass long corridor, and 3 floors down, super hard to do with small kids and carry thing to your room.

Nice and cozy small hotel. Nice even suite.

Amazing SPA complex. Recommend

We rested in this SPA-hotel at the end of January (a gift for Tatiana's day). We were in a suite. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, not intrusive. Kitchen - buffet breakfast at the hotel itself, and lunch and dinner for an additional fee (120 UAH / person) in the Carpathians and also a buffet. When booking, it was immediately clarified about the opportunity to eat without problems, and indeed it turned out to be so. The cuisine is delicious. Breakfast at the hotel for every taste and very hearty. We dined in the Carpathians and were also very pleased with the variety of cuisine and the number of dishes. There is everything for every taste. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor with quite reasonable prices and very tasty cuisine. But you need to book a table for the evening, otherwise you may be left without a pleasant rest. And besides, there is live music and a full house for the weekend. The SPA complex in the hotel is quite pleasant for a weekend getaway. One "but" - with massages is problematic, just lie down on the couch and relax, you need to sign up and adjust to the masseur. As a result, the husband negotiated for a massage in the Carpathians, but I had to adjust to the masseur on the spot. Everything else is just fine. Sauna 👍, pool 👍 and the water in it is warm, Jacuzzi 👍 and the water is very warm at home. Limited visit - 2.5 hours a day. But this time was enough for us. One day even seemed to be delayed by about 20 minutes, but no one kicked us out. We were very pleased with the rest and there is a desire to return with the children for a treatment course.
