After a couple of weeks of use, the pendulum mechanism failed, the master arrived again, took a picture of the bed (he didn’t dismantle anything) and said that the bearing was broken, but the broken part wasn’t removed, didn’t say you can use the pendulum now or not, it’s a warranty case or no, I had to find out everything by phone the next day ... A week waiting for the bearing, at that time I decided to fasten the runners and it turned out that the holes on the runners did not coincide with the holes on the case, most likely as a result of replacing the part. He phoned again and described the situation, they said that they would fix everything when they brought the bearing. The master came again, brought the bearing, it turned out that there were two of them in the pendulum: one of the invoice, the other was pressed into the part, the one that was pressed in broke, and they brought in the invoice, the runners measured, said yes, the holes did not match and left, they said contact the managers and decide. As a result, I have an idle bed; you can’t swing a child neither by a pendulum nor by runners. They refused me a bed replacement, they offer to wait until they fix everything ... This is the company's attitude towards regular customers. PS. Dear shop, do you have a conscience? January 21, more than a month has passed since the problem arose, and I still have a broken bed. Two weeks have passed since the holidays ended, but you still can not solve the problem!
