Studi you fell in love with from the first minute! This is fitness for everyone! Both beginners and already experienced athletes can work in one workout, complicating the basic exercises! Respect simply to the creators, as training protocols are regularly changed, they are diversified and improved! And of course a coach !! This is just a storehouse of talents and professionals! You will travel to the other side of the world to see your coach, but fortunately I was lucky and my favorite club and coach are nearby!
