I have long wanted to try something unusual and incendiary. She learned from her friend that there is a coach, Julia, at the Golden Apple sports club, who is very pole-dancing. At first, I thought that going through half of Kiev to Solomenka was a bad idea. But the girlfriend convinced to try once. And I've been stuck in the Golden Apple for six months now! With Julia (she even has the title "Queen of the Half Dance"), we learn different tricks, develop plasticity. I already know a few tricky twigs, ladybugs and it's good to bind them. My boyfriend jokes that he'll put a pylon in the bedroom so I can dance for him. But I seriously felt that I was getting stronger, the muscles of the arms, legs, and abdomen were well taut, and there was a good relief. I feel that with each lesson my stamina increases. I'm getting better and more plastic moving to music. Of course, I have to learn many more difficult acrobatic techniques, Julia says that everything is under control, because who works. Thank you for the wav effect and for the inspiration you give to each workout.

And there is always a place in the parking lot, and you can drink herbal delicious tea in general, the feeling that you have come to visit your friends, the atmosphere in the club is so good.
