Good place. You won't find it right away, but when you find it, you'll come again. My son goes to the gym. There's everything you need. Neat, clean, nice. The prices are low, and the students have a discount. , but positively.1 lessons-100 UAH, and a monthly subscription-500.

Have you heard about FLY YOGA? And I already tried in the sports club "Golden Apple". Cool! Immerse your body in a large elastic hammock and a sense of weightlessness is guaranteed! The first lesson was a little scary when you turn your head down. But very quickly, I began to feel confident, learned to relax and feel my own body through special hammock exercises. I like FLY YOGA. It gives you unforgettable emotions, improves stretch and flexibility. I started sleeping better after class. Coming out of a sports club and some such wonderful feeling of lightness, as if it left all the extra pounds and life problems there! Satisfied) I want to try something parallel in the near future: or crossfit, to better shape up. I also heard a lot of good feedback from the girls in the group.

I visit the hall relatively recently. The room is cozy, I liked the pole dance and yoga classes) Comfortable, very clean, beautiful design, qualified instructors. Calm and friendly.
