Then the "performance" began. There was no answer to the question of what kind of design we installed, where is the box from the lock, where the warranty is reflected and where our old lock is. They asked for the phone number of the head of the company. In response, it was sounded that the leader will be tomorrow, because he went to the Dnieper for a call and today is a day off. Although on the coated piece of paper, which the company proudly called the contract-statement (by the way, it does not have any signs identifying it as a document - there are no stamps, there is no numbering of the letterhead), it is clearly written: "24 hours seven days a week." Then two men called back, from different phone numbers, each of whom introduced himself as the director of the company, but did not give their names. The offer to meet was refused. One said: "What should I meet with YOU at all?", And the second said that he was at a meeting (on a holiday on February 14, Sunday, 2 pm in some other city))) After calling the police (before her arrival) the so-called master Andrey hastily brought some kind of box, supposedly from under the newly installed lock, into which even with a strong desire to place this lock will not be possible. We returned the box to him, and the so-called. the documents were left for possible litigation. During the investigation, the so-called. foreman Andrey told the policeman that the locks installed by the company were bought at the Barabashovo market.
