The second time comes a certified letter, which should be brought to the address, but no one does not bring it. They write an SMS to come to the post office and pick it up. There is a queue at the mail, you need to stand for 2-3 hours to receive it. Politeness is zero, they are sorry instead of being sorry .The letter must reach the addressee, money is paid for it !!!

Everything is fine, except for staff turnover and constantly changing programs because of which the girls often do not know how to serve a client who has concluded an agreement with UkrPoshta, but this is a disease of all departments! And so the service is good, they will also prompt and correct!

5 stars - to the work of the staff of the department, but regarding the queues - during peak hours and in the trolley you will not squeeze. Unless you ask dear retirees to come pay, say, before 3 p.m., and it would be nice for the administration to put the third computer into operation during the "hot" hours.

Operators are polite, but they cannot make two lines: one for those wishing to send or receive a parcel (letter, transfer, etc.), the other for those paying for utilities. If you don't come in, there is an eternal queue of paying people, it feels like you went to the bank and not to the post office. Because of this, I try not to use the services of Ukrposhta. The schedule was also changed due to the incomplete staff of operators, now they close an hour earlier.

Often there are queues from pensioners, especially on 15-25 numbers, and if the computer also one of two breaks .. there are long queues. Staff in general is polite.
