Stable 2 times a month I have unplanned tech. work. My colleague with your Internet at the same time may lose access to a certain resource or various connection problems begin. In the evening, you can generally knock on a tambourine hoping for a stable connection :) Stable Internet is also very important to me, and you can just say that “it coincided” and all I can do is expect. Of course you don’t have problems, but what good is this information from me? Alert after 30 minutes or one hour from the start of the problems, I don’t even have deadlines in which they can fix them. what's the use if i'm already aware of the problem? So I have problems with nothing, these are problems on your part. To my colleague I will convey your wishes. Unscheduled because I no longer have other assumptions due to which several people at the same time may not have the Internet without warning. But what else can I say? I can’t get through to the support service as soon as the problems begin, probably I only have them. The Internet is bad. There is no stability, from time to time the speed drops to kilobytes per second. The arrival of the master (polite and adequate) did not help for long. It is almost impossible to get through to support.
