Very poor service. The hairdresser has a habit of cutting, then asking: Isn't it short? Sense of style and skill are completely absent.

Very high price for such a low quality haircut. A simple men's haircut, which is done for 20 minutes, did more than 40 minutes and is still not very neat.

The owner has changed, the hairdresser can no longer withstand any criticism. Despite the fact that the craftsman knows her business and shears well, she does not keep track of time, and the owner or manager (in manicure) - a screwdriver hammock. They were recorded with 2 children on the same scheduled time, came in advance, waited 30 minutes and left - the previous client continued to serve. Nobody even came back, asked why we were going, didn't apologize, nothing at all. After the call of his wife for explanations, all that the hamster said was that the previous client was late and what we went for, we could still wait (evening of the day off). No apologies, no suggestions to come next time, no discounts - nothing. Service as it is. We have been serving here for 7 years and that's all goodbye. UPDATE NOV 17: Whether the owner or staff has changed again. All friendly and hardworking))
