I can close my eyes to the nasty interior of this place, strange service and other dubious moments ... BUT armless masters close their eyes VERY hard ... My situation: my master went on maternity leave, I was forced to come to another salon to stain the roots, The “Panny specialist” mixed in the paint and applied it to the roots, after 10 minutes it started AWESOME to bake the scalp !!! She informed the master that I was not comfortable, to which she received the answer: "This is normal, it will pass ....". Another 5 minutes passed and the head simply burned with fire, the feeling of abrasion of sandpaper on the skin. In general, I withstood this infernal mixture on my head for 15 minutes, then tears came from the pain and I asked to immediately wash everything off! Naturally, the roots were not properly stained, the sensations on the skin were not very pleasant, and the calmness of the master in this situation simply shocked me! I asked the master to look at the tubes of paint and peroxide, everything is in order with them: a good manufacturer, the terms are normal. The procedure itself is not cheap for the price !!! Reason: not observing the proportion of mixing paints with peroxide! Plus, I'm not an allergic person, I have been dyeing my hair for more than 10 years, and this happened to me FOR THE FIRST TIME! I recommend the masters of this “beauty salon" to learn the techniques of coloring or to undergo advanced training in this part before it is too late.
