Good evening to all. Today, my daughter and I went through the last session of a 15-day course in a salt cave. About the room: all the walls and the floor are in salt, the air in the room is really saturated with salt, after visiting the room I felt salt on my lips and when photographing with a flash, salt fumes were visible in the photo. The room has comfortable armchairs, a TV - you can watch anything, for children there are different things, shovels, a bucket, etc., there is also a luminous table, it's cool to paint with salt on it. The main question is, is there an effect ?! Personally, I believe that there is an effect. It seems to me that the salt room cannot be called a “cure for all diseases”, but if you don’t have the opportunity to go to the sea, and the child is often sick, then at least once a year it will “get out of hand” and visit this place! CONCLUSION... An interesting pastime with health benefits !!!
