Today, around 12.20, I went to the Xiaomi store in Caravan to choose a TV for a gift. During the testing, I asked the consultant to speak to me in Ukrainian. He then politely repeated the request twice more, noting that I was offended and discriminated against by the employee's unwillingness to serve in the state language. But in vain. Neither compliance with the laws of Ukraine nor customer orientation is inherent in the employees of this store. It was loaded with goods from Auchan, so it was not possible to force the consultant to comply with the laws of Ukraine by calling the police. And it's a pity. He should be responsible.

Maybe it is worthwhile for a person to learn the Ukrainian language? You do not need to speak perfectly to work at the box office. You need to learn 20 words and 3-5 sentences. Why do ignorant people work for you?
