Customer service culture at zero. Notify about the time of the lesson two hours before the lesson is at least incorrect. There is such a thing as “day planning”, which is impossible with such a scenario. Put the administrator girl in to lead organizational moments, and not so much a blunder. They took the money and cannot serve the client at the proper level.
