He was treated in the summer and autumn of 2020 in this department. Came with daily headaches and severe neck spasms. I consulted with Herman Yurievich, in my experience this is the doctor who is not most interested in treatment. The consultation consisted of my stories about the state of health, which were passed by the ears and ONE minute of diagnosis of the back, in a supine position. That is, no dynamic diagnosis, neither standing nor sitting. MRI Herman Yurievich also did not offer to do. As a result, the pelvic skew was missed, which gave headaches (this was discovered after MRI by another specialist), and some other curvatures of the spine in the lumbar, thoracic and cervical regions. Massage (5 at the beginning, 5 near the end of the exercise course), orthopedic correction, anti-inflammatory injections, muscle-fascial release and 24 exercise sessions were recommended. During the first 2 sessions (massage + corrections + release + injections) it was possible to relieve a strong spasm, but all these procedures had a short-term effect, because the symptoms were treated, not the cause. Regarding exercise therapy. There are 7 simulators in the hall, on which patients will practice. All the patients who underwent exercise therapy were trained on the same simulators, regardless of their problems (although, obviously, I can't say that because I haven't seen all the patients in this department, maybe some were referred to other departments). After each exercise class, I started to have a headache, but the rehabilitation doctor assured me that it would pass, because I do exercise. Well, it didn't work out. As a result, he relieved the acute spasm of the neck (which probably would have passed with time), spent a LOT of time on airing the department, spent a sufficient amount of money and did not get any results other than muscle tone (but not those that were needed in my specific case).

He was consulted and treated by several neurologists for pain in the neck, examination and treatment were prescribed, and after that, massages of the Cervico-Thoracic region were prescribed. Since the doctors with whom I was treated were in the center, and I am geographically located in Teremki, I decided to take a course of the prescribed massage in another clinic. All the treatment I underwent under the insurance, so the insurance designated me several clinics where I can undergo these massages. The choice fell on the Institute of Vertebrology and Rehabilitation at Teremki. But alas, I didn't manage to sign up here. As it turned out, the clinic at the very beginning began to look for a way to pump extra money from the client. All my conclusions, analyzes are not enough for them and I can’t just show them to the massage therapist at the first appointment, what other clinics do. Here you must definitely go through a second consultation with their doctor. They interpret this by the fact that they are responsible for the patient and they definitely need their doctor to confirm all the diagnoses (it turns out that all other doctors are not competent then, or I don’t know) and if something goes wrong in the massages, they said that they would be free then treat. It seems to sound good, but alas, all this turns out to be only in words, the clinic does not conclude any agreements with clients, only in words it justifies everything. In principle, I will definitely not trust the clinic, which is only coming up with additional examinations in order to get more money from the client, and I do not advise others.

She consulted a doctor (department in Osokorki), after which she underwent massage, correction and individual classes with a coach (department in Teremki).
