The consultant immediately started offering paid tests! Further, when I said that I wanted to take it for free and get a free package on the declaration, she told me they would call me back. Nothing more silence no one called. Dear clinic, if you do not want to serve the patients with whom you have signed the declaration for free, then do not waste the patients' time! Immediately say that in order to pass any free tests you have all sorts of "buts" and "ifs". I would like to urgently tear up the declaration.

I categorically do NOT RECOMMEND this clinic !!! The doctor-declarant resigned and nobody informed us about it. I'm just writing to the doctor - there is no answer several times. And it turns out that she is no longer our doctor ... Zero attention and responsibility towards patients !!! The main thing is to sign a contract with them, at this stage everyone is very polite and caring, and then, believe me, you and your child will be forgotten immediately!

Unsurprisingly, private, modern, close to home (they were on Kolomyysky Lane 17/31-A, now located on Mykhailo Maksymovycha Street 3G. , when the man was already ill at home for 6 days, by the way also the patient, on strongly expressed Covid-19, in the easy form. DN-1. Treatment: berodual, and pulmicort were not. Saturation 93! At the request to do all the examination fee is refused. But, after 2 days the condition deteriorated sharply! The smell disappeared, the temperature to 39.9 °. And here began the treatment online ((( After calling the hotline, the doctor on duty N9 (not our N6) Saenko Maryana Oleksandrivna called back.Recommendations: drink water, breathe further, if t lasts 3 days, start antibiotic! Saturation was already falling The dream is gone on the 5th day of the disease she ran to CT, the result: bilateral pneumonia (CO RADS-3) of the second degree of severity !!! Left damage 10%, right 7% .. t 38.8, saturation 84! Immediately from Kt I turned to the department, about 15.00 o'clock, there is only a reception and the next nurse, the answer is simple - there are no more doctors! The truth with a monologue about how poor they are, unhappy, 24 hours a day ... (I was already ill for 5 days, my doctor Klochko AO never called me back! Neither after sending the test results, nor after reporting the t 39.9 °, not after the sent conclusion Kt) .. Yes, again the answer from the hot line, the same doctor on duty, Mrs. Saenko Maryana Oleksandrivna. And then a miracle ... at first, for 5 minutes she assured me that she did not talk to me at all ... then, after being reminded that everything in the mobile phone was fixed. But what she said is a separate conversation! It is clear that I have already accused the clinic of negligence and inaction! That in 5 days they missed bilateral Kovid pneumonia! To which she replied that she was not my doctor ... she didn't know anything about me, but in general, why am I panicking? the impression of the lungs is only 7% and 10% ..! Further conversation was already unnecessary .. Then there were wanderings in search of other people's treatment protocols, storming the Internet .. There was still hope for re-recording to Klochko AO on December 21. What was my surprise when on December 21st at the appointed time of 10.00, I went into the office with t 38.5 °, cough, Covid confirmed on Kt, and 3 sheets of diary of illness and treatment. When asked to hear how I was ill, and whoever appointed me, I received a clear and sharp refusal: "I WILL NOT LISTEN TO THIS NONSENSE" !! "It's my job to give you treatment." But in 1 minute I was simply expelled from the office .. To my remark that I would complain, the head of the department replied: "wait at least until the evening, she does not accept today!" To the remark that I know where the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is, the answer is even stranger: "Well, what will they do to us?". Yes, I managed to talk to the head of our branch N6, Mrs. Soboleva Tatiana Vyacheslavovna. On the same day by phone. I, however, waited in the department for 30 minutes (warning everyone who comes in that I'm sick, not many were surprised, strange, but there are really so many ..). Yes, she listened to me completely, but recommended to go back and find a common language with Klochko AO How are you? With a doctor who half an hour ago kicked a Covid patient out of the office without even asking about his condition. This clinic was no longer interested in my condition. Absolutely transparent, the head of the department, Mr. Sobolev, said that I have every right to re-sign the declaration with anyone .. By the way, about my condition now .. today 28 12. I am at home on an oxygen concentrator. It is very difficult to lift now .. On oxygen filler it rises to 92-93%, but in half an hour it drops to 75% .. Neighbors, take care of yourself! I wish you health!

Negative impression. Got from COVID. They couldn't even measure the temperature. An electric thermometer was pointed at his forehead. Are you all right? I measure at home - 38. I'm already arguing on the phone. A visit is scheduled for tomorrow. Measure already mercury 38.5. Made an X-ray - pneumonia. Treatment is not rushed. They only say that the hospital will be closed on the 10th day, because LKK needs to be collected to continue. Why bother. They did so during the last visit and did not even listen. Did not look. They thought it was the 10th day and pushed them to work. Gave sick leave and showing his dissatisfaction with my concern for their own health, the doctor just turned away from me and left It is unfortunate that doctors care more about their ambitions than about the patient.

I was satisfied with the work of the clinic. With them, you can conclude a declaration online. After receiving a positive test for covid, I contacted the clinic and they wrote down all my data for the declaration by phone. The next day, the doctor called back, told me what to do and left her personal number in case it got worse. Fortunately for me, everything went smoothly)
