Today I was surprised. Bought the product in this pharmacy, it was not quite suitable when checked at home (factory defect, which I found only after opening the package). Wrote something like this on the Internet, as I could not go back on the ice. Within an hour - they called me, apologized, asked about the shortcomings, checked the whole party .... And brought to the house a suitable replacement. Conclusions. There is nothing perfect (except God). Reaction to the error and attitude to the client embodies good hopes. Thanks to the management and staff.
