I put 1 for a delivered strongly wilted bouquet of orchids. Which the next day completely wilted, despite the fact that it was immediately put into the water after delivery and added a feeding bag. I would put -5 for a negative customer service. When I wrote and attached photographs of a bogged bouquet, and then, the photo of orchids that they sold through the site received an answer - we are to blame ourselves, we can’t help.

I wanted to give an original bouquet to DR .. I chose a bouquet on their Instagram page, I ordered it in a day! As a result, I received a gloomy bouquet, instead of red, black calla lilies with thistle in black paper .. it looks like a mourning bouquet, the number of flowers is less and some are not at all! I paid 1800 UAH for it. + 100 UAH delivery. By vibera, we clarified the questions of delivery and payment, but they never specified that they didn’t have any flowers and whether it worked out for me, or they offered another bouquet .. The store didn’t offer to solve the problem, I would I’m even ready to drive up so that I’ve somehow been redone, but they offered me only a 15% discount on the next order? - why do I need it, if this bouquet, I can leave only for myself? I got such an answer that the photos in the Instagram are processed, so the bouquets are different .. funny, tk. they are completely different !!! My complaints were answered in a vibe: “We won’t argue with you”, they didn’t answer my next questions .. After recalling them on Instagram, no one contacted me either .. It’s obvious for them that this is a normal situation, I don’t give a damn .. More my husband was angry because it was he who, after work, had to travel with me to other flower shops and ask the florists to somehow redo the bouquet .. I can’t give the woman boss the mourning bouquet for DR, I’ll understand it correctly .. I spent money, time and nerves !! I myself am a private entrepreneur and it offends me that so far we have few who care about service and reputation ..

Interesting bouquets, give a special bag with something to make the flowers longer in the water + for such a trifle !!!
