I was promised a month. If nothing can be done with the customs, then with the service you can. For example, the client ordered to write in viber about the status of the goods (I called and wrote constantly) The client ordered, which means it is in his interests to find out about him and he really likes to strain the manager. Probably such a philosophy. I thought to pick it up by self, but considering that I was waiting for the goods 2 times longer, I suggested that the manager discuss the delivery at the expense of the company - about 90 UAH came out there. He replied that, of course, they would discuss and let know. Did not give. And the last thing, when it became clear that the goods were in stock and were being prepared for shipment, the promise to inform me of the TTN was also not fulfilled. By the way, they also sent it later than the agreed time. Only with a notification in the application, I found out that my product was on its way (until recently I doubted that it was him, because no one had told me anything). I pay for the delivery. It's not about 88 hryvnia. It's about the loyalty of the company and communication with the client. Great product. Communication with the client - by 2. UPD. On 11/12 the managers contacted me, explained the misunderstanding, and sent the money for delivery. What happened. The Company approved the payment for the parcel immediately, but due to personnel changes, a misunderstanding emerged, as well as communication with the manager who carried out my order. I am grateful to the company for its prompt fitback and adequate communication. I am changing the grade to 5. I will be happy to recommend you to friends and, if necessary, I will contact you again. We ordered 4 ZIGGY chairs with delivery from Spain, 100% prepayment. We waited a little over a month. Delivered one day before the agreed time. We are delighted, the chairs are top. Special thanks to Evgeny for a nice discount. I definitely recommend it.
