There are 2 polyclinics closest to me: on Shcherbakovsky and on Rizhskaya, and both with an exorbitant rating on Google maps 2.4 and 2.6. I made an appointment 3 days before the appointment (the closest date was) online through the Helsi resource to a family doctor at a polyclinic on Rizhskaya (I chose at random who had free time, who suited me more or less in age and type). To be fair, Helsi is up and running well. I think, if communication develops with the doctor, then I will conclude the declaration for a specific occasion. The application reminded me the night before about my appointment, then on the day of the appointment for 3 hours. I came to the clinic, after reading reviews about the queues, an hour earlier and heard - congratulations, your doctor quit. Oh, thanks, I'm happy. The closest appointment with any other family doctor is only every other day, a week in total. And then also another week of the cardiologist to catch in the direction? !! In general, I decided not to delay, to hell with the savings, tomorrow I go to a private hospital immediately to a cardiologist. But a bunch of questions remained unanswered: Why is there an appointment for a doctor who quits? Or did she quit one day? So why then they did not cancel the recording to it (I suppose this function is possible, because I have the opportunity to cancel the recording, respectively, the doctor or the hospital should have the same function), were they not warned in any way? Keep in mind that if you signed up, it is absolutely not a fact that you will get to the appointment. Whose oversight is this - the hospital or the system itself, it is not clear.

The word "doctor" and Ganzyuk Tetyana Aksentiivna are not compatible with each other. I had to go to the hospital. And to the great detriment of this person was in the next office at that moment! She accepted the hospital, but when I asked her to say her last name, phone number or at least the name of who opened the hospital and from whom to take it, I had one answer: "I DON'T KNOW", "I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING !!". What can be expected from such a person if he does not know his last name ????? This young lady told me (because I can't call her a doctor "):" You will be called the next day. " I sat in line again for three hours, the doctor listened, changed the level of oxygen in the blood, gave some advice, and also wrote me Ganzyuk's phone number. When I called Ganzyuk (in her work shift in the evening) to give her advice on how to be treated, I answer: "I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING! THERE IS NO ONE TO TREAT. SIT AT HOME AND BE TREATED! " And how to be treated? What to treat? Not a word is said about it! The next day I did a CT scan. Got the results. Conclusion - bilateral pneumonia. I immediately sent the findings on Viber to this person. The day has passed, and there is no written or oral answer! And how should I be treated, what should I take ????? It's time to retire such a doctor! There is absolutely no benefit from it !!!!

I myself will not go anymore and do not advise anyone. You can spend several hours in the queue (even if by appointment), then a doctor will see you, who will try with all her might to send you away, because she already has time to go home, so it's better to “come to the appointment tomorrow, today nothing will work "because today she scraps you for three minutes and does not care that tomorrow there will be 15 people in line in front of you, and two whole hours pass in an hour.

There are good doctors - professionals in their field. But there are always problems with making appointments to the family doctor, who works almost once a week. There is no sense in recording for a specific time - the family doctor comes when he wants, and you already wait an hour and a half more. Such a bawdy attitude to his work made him change the family doctor. You can feel the scoop in everything: in relation to visitors, so is the very condition of the building inside.
