I was "lucky" to visit this clinic .... a driver’s medical certificate was needed, which, according to the reference information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, was issued at any state institution. As it turned out .... not in any. An advertisement weighs on the facade of the building of this state clinic - we issue driver’s medical certificates, the registry informs that yes, we issue these certificates and send them to office 101 to the manager. In this office there is a boor of retirement age (manager) who tells the clinic visitors that they do not provide such services !!!! Allegedly, they need to collect a commission for this. Such "professionals" support corruption in the country! I was forced to go to a private clinic and pay for this certificate.

Even units do not deserve! I have not yet encountered such carelessness and ridiculous and unprofessionalism 😂 I was especially struck by the three "aunts" who are on the 4th floor ... they apparently themselves do not know their duties, a typical Soviet Union ... you don’t know whether to cry or laugh .. I spent the whole day deciding nothing at this almshouse ..
