One of the few banks that uses SWIFT online, but even fewer banks work with Pakistan. The only downside is too high a percentage / commission. Service in principle without complaints. Electronic queue is a much better approach to the work of the bank than "live", so this is +.

ADF. A few days ago I had an unpleasant situation with the information that I received incorrectly. As a result, overpaid 63 UAH. However, the bank did not include the back. Make an appointment and resolve all issues. Special thanks to the head of the bank Alexandra Dyachenko. I bought a phone on credit. credited by OTP Bank. everything is wonderful, I liked everything. At the moment I decided to become a full-fledged customer by issuing a credit card. filed copies of documents, signed what is needed. Smiles, wishes for a good day, all the fire. it was said that the card is prepared in a maximum of 5 working days. BUT, when the 7th day out of the promised 5th already went, it turned out that - "oh, the courier hasn’t arrived," "oh, well, no, come tomorrow," well, then wait for SMS "... in fact, the end of the second working 5-day all the same negative result ... I draw conclusions. On Friday, the situation got off the ground on Friday. Over the next week we are waiting for the result! I thank the manager for the surgical intervention and reaction!)
