Sitting-now in the post office they carry out an upgrade-change of furniture, and I hope the technique is good !!! BUT it is VERY difficult to inform the mail clients that at the time of reconstruction not all services are available to the mail staff !!! Dialogue -Hello, I need to send certified mail. -We are not making dispatches now. -Why? -We are renovating. - Excellent. But I stood in line for 30 (!!!) minutes. Why is there no information that not all services are available. - I asked my grandfather to tell me that they wouldn’t be busy with letters. -What grandfather ???? -Well, there, standing in line. - Is it difficult to post an ad? -It is difficult. Do not distract me. My statement does not agree. The window slams shut. The curtain. Postmaster # 57 - please teach your employees how to write and tell them that customers are important, and it is important to value other people's time.

The department is good and the people work there are good. But the organization of labor itself is not optimal. Employees make a lot of unnecessary misunderstood movements.

Ordered the delivery of UkrPoshta express, but had to pick up the parcel itself - the department said that they have no couriers. In all other aspects, the experience of working with this office is positive.
