Many elderly people (grandparents) who try to get their pensions and then pay for communal services (and the HIOC does not work, they accept communal services, but not all of them) ... And they go one after another, from one window to another. and then back ... It looks very sad. For the sake of respect for these people, one could at least try to make some order, to organize the process. But no one needs it. Now there is chaos.

I think that the problem is not in a specific department, but in the general ideology of such an anti-modern phenomenon as Ukrposhta.

Awful mailing. From work sent a registered letter, a message about the receipt of the letter and did not receive either in the mailbox or sms .. well that called from work and asked what was the matter, why did not receive the letter. The post office workers searched for this letter for 40 minutes .... Considering that I was with a six-month-old child and waited for a queue of 3 people served by the same workers for one and a half hours, very dissatisfied with the work of this post. Workers sleep flies. Clean up the ward and be a little more responsible for your work.
