Awful department !!! Indeed, if you do not know, you will not find it in life. Only 2 windows. And only one has a terminal. I came with a parcel created online - they did not take it, they say only in open form ... like then no one will accept it if it is closed ... how is it at all ???? In other departments everything is fine, they send and not a word that it should be open ... but here there are some strange rules ... I DO NOT recommend, wasted time and nerves !!! (((
