33 years - a lifetime spent in this House! From the moment of its commissioning until the day of the fire - February 18, 2014. I loved this House and the place in which it is located very much. There is an expression "to work, like a holiday!" This fully corresponds to the feeling of being in this place - the center of the country's events! Two Maidans, of which, unfortunately, the last one turned out to be fatal for our House. And after which, I never returned to it (((. 33 years - the age of Christ ...

The House of Trade Unions of Ukraine, officially the Enterprise "Economic Department of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine" - an administrative building, which housed the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, the headquarters of Maidan 2004-2005 and the Headquarters of National Resistance 2013-2014. The house burned down almost completely during the events of February 18-20, 2014.

The Trade Union Building was the "brain center" of the Maidan, where the National Resistance Headquarters and other community initiatives were located. During the storming of the Maidan by police officers on the night of February 18-19, 2014, the building caught fire and burned to the ground. The Trade Union House was rebuilt in 2014-2018. Open to visitors at the end of 2018.
