In the period of quarantine and covid it is better to reinsure and buy insurance, it is a pity that some people do not realize the importance of this, because treatment is not cheap now I have been acquainted with insurance since 2019, I was on vacation for the whole family, the child fell ill, there was a fever, there were no delays in payment. I also advised my co-worker on this insurance, and also received a good response It is hoped that insurance will become more understandable and accessible to the public, and better in general mandatory!

If you want to ruin your nerves at your own expense and spend a lot of time chatting with dispatchers you in the lead. - at the right time you will listen to the dispatcher and wait half an hour until the X-ray is guaranteed - the dispatcher will treat you like a liar and that you are completely healthy and do not believe a word - a dispatcher who has never seen you and maybe not even a doctor will question the diagnosis and treatment prescribed to you by the doctor to whom the insurance company sent. - when the policy date expires, they will stop calling you, saying that there are no vacancies and everything is busy everywhere. P.s the purpose of this review is not to discredit the insurance company (they did a great job without me), but to inform and warn the community

Insurance full of slag! Sold the car. There were almost six months left for insurance and I decided to terminate the insurance in order to return the money for the remaining six months ... As a result, they began to press me with references to some laws and their other statutes, which, by the way, are not spelled out in the insurance contract, and in in the end, I got a little more than half of what they owed me for six months of the remaining insurance. To my statements that we must act within the framework of the signed agreement and that if such conditions are not spelled out in the agreement, then this is their joint and they should pay for this joint, not me! I, in the end, so to speak, was sent nah ... P.S. The operator who served me generally stated that she was not competent in this matter !!! (At the same time, the week was composting my brain, send that, send this, in order to arrange everything faster, and when you come - nothing is ready !!!).

I always try to understand if the employees are not happy with the customers - maybe the day wasn’t a good one, maybe just the mood is not very today. But in this company it is permanent. Attitude towards customers is completely unprofessional. Employees are taught not to call or be interested in the health of people who pay them money. You will not find anything human and quality in this company. Never! To nobody! I do not recommend this so-called insurance company. Run as far as possible from this useless mess!
