Unpleasantly impressed by the behavior of staff, the impression that it stinks of store owners. The cashier called a security guard to cancel the purchase, waited with a line of people for 4-5 minutes while he poured water and cleaned the container of the coffee maker. And after all, he said that he lost the cancellation card and one of the buyers had to spread a whole bunch of products from a large backpack. And I couldn't stand it and went to the self-service checkout, having previously asked for a pack of cigarettes, and when I wanted to pick up a pack, I heard a comment: "I have to do this!" Quite a bold tone. Due to limited time, he did not make any remarks, and there is no desire to come into contact with such staff. The guard's name is Yuri, a young man with disheveled hair and dressed as if he were sleeping somewhere in the security room, crumpled clothes, and no uniform. P.S. If you already write on the wall that it is better to wipe the antiseptic with a napkin, it is logical that the wipes should also be close. Only a nice cashier and a light smile of another security guard (who is obviously just a security guard, and this Yuri is the main change) When Yuri did not have the "key" to cancel, he simply went to his post.
