It is one of the most expensive supermarkets in Kiev and yet the logistics are quite terribly carried out. 1) Many products are not appropiately bar-coded so the cashiers often have to yell at each other or loose time going to check by themselves. 2) Products are often in bad condition. Onions of the "higher quality" today were full of flies and some of them were already rotting. The amount of food that is thrown away is probably huge. 3) There is hardly ever someone in the meat section so you have to wait for quite a long time. This should be changed perhaps through some sort of bell or signal to call in the staff. Unfortunately the closes option, atb is not better and silpo is a filthy place. The quality of supermarkets and service in Ukraine has got a lot of room for improvement.
