By dishes: 1. At a corporate party, the blue cheese seemed dried and yellowish, that is, NOT fresh, I just bought different varieties of it very often at that time, fresh cheese is not of such consistency and color. 2. The steak (which is the largest and is served with vegetables, the largest) was not able to chew normally. At the same time I love steaks - I often visit establishments where the main dish is steak and I make it at home in the mood. That is, more or less I understand what a good steak should be. What was served to me is not a steak. But I expected this from them =) Rare establishments serve a steak that is really correctly made from a really right piece of meat. Total: for dishes - 3 balls, for the setting and staff - 5 points. Result: 4 points.
