I made a complex, asked to clean the luggage floor, for which they additionally took +100 hryvnia. We walked from above, from below - attached a photo. They said on the phone that I had to leave the floor with them, they did not want to settle the conflict, although I even left it for tea ... There is a very unpleasant odor in the car after washing.
