My acquaintance with Nelin Alexei Sergeevich happened at 22 weeks of pregnancy with twins. I came to him on the recommendation, for the installation of an obstetric pessary, since the neck, for this period, was short. After the examination, Aleksey Sergeevich convincingly recommended the imposition of a cerclage suture, since the cervix during examination was even shorter than the ultrasound showed. Later it turned out that thanks to this decision, I was able to bring babies up to 36 weeks. I must say right away that this doctor did not manage my pregnancy, I did not negotiate with him about anything, did not promise anything, put a suture and left the clinic on the second day. But ... when at 28 weeks my stomach began to ache sharply and I began to call all the doctors I knew in panic, the first who responded was Nelin. He calmed me down, gave instructions and the next day I was already on examination. On that day, I made a decision that no matter how much the contract in the clinic where Nelin works, I will give birth only with him. Subsequently, I have never regretted it. Alexey Sergeevich is the only doctor who listened to my request and promised to do everything possible so that the children were born naturally (the first baby - cephalic presentation, the second - pelvic presentation), although all the others predicted KS. My children decided to be born at exactly 35.3 weeks. At 21.30 the waters receded, and at 4.08 my first baby was born. With the second baby, the situation turned out to be unpredictable, he decided to get out with his legs entwined. What the doctor and his team have done deserves my life-long prayer for them. They worked like a Swiss mechanism - clearly, smoothly and efficiently. The child was born at 4.21 am alive and well. Everything happened the way I wanted - natural childbirth, healthy children, and I ... without a single break! To say that I am grateful to Alexei Sergeevich is to say nothing. With this doctor, I felt protected in any emergency. I knew that I could call at any time of the day and they would answer me, and most importantly, they would solve my problem in the most "painless" way, for me and my children. The doctor, who did not save in front of a difficult situation, did not give up when there were "special" moments of pregnancy, and brought everything to a happy ending.

I want to thank Alexey Sergeevich for the urgent help and, one might say, saving life. I fell into his hands quite by accident: in the sun in the evening I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, dizziness, nausea, fever. We decided it was appendicitis. After a semi-faint state, they began an active search for a clinic (all popular and well-known), nevertheless, they ended up in one, where after a series of examinations no one could give an accurate diagnosis. They said that "pregnancy and bleeding are possible" and a gynecologist's examination is needed, and perhaps it will be an operation. The gynecologist was not there. On the advice of friends, we turned to Leleka, where they immediately responded and just got to replace Nelin. In a couple of hours: examination, ultrasound, shocking diagnosis, quick tests, preparation and operation! I was diagnosed with large-scale internal bleeding (more than a liter) as a result of a ruptured ovarian cyst, in which I was also allowed to go home from another hospital! And the situation was on the brink ... It was the first operation in my life, incredible panic and fear, but Alexander Sergeyevich, with his calmness and confidence, inspired confidence. A few hours after the operation, I could get up and walk on my own. After 1.5 days of luxurious service, cleanliness in everything and regular visits to nurses and the doctor himself, I am already at home, with the possibility of further consultation on any questions by phone. With a clear thought: "Give birth only to him !!!" I am incredibly glad that I came here! And precisely into the hands of Alexander Sergeevich :)
